If you use Chrome as your main web browser you HAVE to read this!
Are you aware that there are tons of chrome extensions designed to LITERALLY make your life easier?

If your answer is no, get ready because we have compiled a list of our 7 favorite chrome extensions. All tested and approved by us!

Google Chrome Extensions are small downloadable software programs that appear as ‘buttons’ right next to the address bar on your internet browser. Extensions can really customize your browsing experience for the better.

1. HabitLab
With HabitLab you can build better habits online! Tell HabitLab which sites you want to spend less time on and it will determine the appropriate interventions via experimentation. It supports sites like Facebook, Youtube, Buzzfeed, Netflix, etc. You also have the option of adding any site you want. Each time you visit your selected sites, HabitLab will cleverly choose an intervention (which uses techniques such as hiding your news feed, hiding comments, pausing videos) to help you reduce your time on the site.

2. Highly Highlighter
With highly highlighter you can highlight and share anything on the web! Save and share highlights right as you read. Skip the ‘copy and paste’. Just highlight the information you want to share and post or send away. If you want to share important parts of online content, you need this Button! also works on iPhone and iPad.

3. Honey
This is one of our favorites, because it’s basically free money. This extension automatically finds and applies coupon codes when you shop online! And it’s super easy, you simply click on the Honey button during checkout and Honey will automatically apply coupon codes to your shopping cart.

4. Blur
Blur protects your passwords, payments, and privacy. Blur makes it easy to keep track of and secure all your personal information online. It saves, encrypts and organizes your passwords. Logs you in fast. Works smoothly across your iPhone, iPad and browser. Access your data from home, work or on the road.

5. Eye Dropper
Eye Dropper allows you to pick colors from web pages, color picker, and your personal color history. Whether you are working on a project or developing a website – this extension makes it easy to pick the exact color you want.

6. CSS Peeper
Ever wondered what font, colors, or assets were used on a website? Then you need CSS Peeper. With the click of a button CSS Peeper allows you to view fonts, colors, images, and assets that were used on any website. CSS Peeper enables you to inspect code in the easiest possible way. Even if you are not a coder this Extension is essential. Here at Arise Design we use it to download multiple images from a website at once or simply to figure out the name of a Font we like.

7. Ad-Blocker
Ad-Blocker is the best ad blocker for your web browser. It can block tracking scripts, banners, annoying pop-up ads and much more. This is the best ad blocker for your web browser.

We hope you found this useful and that you add a few Extensions to your Chrome Browser! Do you have any favorite Extensions that you think we should add to the list?  Send us an email or reach out to us on Social, we’d love to hear from you!
